Late arrivals:
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period we consider this a "No Show" and the appointment may be given away if we haven't heard from you – so if you are running late please give us a call!
Our appointments are booked in specific increments of time and on our busy days (which is most everyday) are booked back to back – thus late arrivals will result in the services being customized to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).

Cancellations:
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual appointments, for group bookings of 3 or more we require 48 hours notice cancellations.
Please keep in mind that "No shows" or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment times as well, we may have had to turn other clients that could have enjoyed that time slot. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged the following cancellations fees:
1. less than 24 hrs notice for group appointments or multiple treatments – 50% of service price will be charged
2. failure to show or cancellation within the same day 100% of the service price will be charged (Group appointments or multiple treatments).
